Our service is to provide on the spot help in a normal situation for a person that does not have the necessary language skills.
The essence of what we do is to provide a QUICK Telephone Interpretation Service.
We can also make calls FOR clients and report back with the results.
The moment it looks like the need for translation is coming to an end, we encourage our clients to end the call: eg “Is that it now, shall I get off the line and save your money? – you can always call us back anytime if you need more help” This way they feel respected for their time and money and see us for what we truly are, there to help quickly, respectfully, politely and cheaply!
Callers must finish their call and say “WOW! That was amazing! They were so professional, they quickly translated and got off the phone so it didn’t cost us any extra money than the absolute necessary, I’m going to call them every time and tell all my friends to do the same!”
(We cannot have: They were slow. I could tell they were trying to stretch the conversation to get more money, I had to wait ages while they looked up a word they didn’t know, they did’t speak my language very well, I could tell they were struggling to explain in Spanish…etc etc THIS WILL KILL OUR BUSINESS INSTANTLY.)
